HEALTHY OATMEAL RECIPES
Ingredients: 1 banana, 2 tablespoons of Peanut Butter, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1/4 cup of raisins, a bowl of oatmeal,
Preparation: Basically, just mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Mix them well and make sure the dough is not too wet. Then, just make small balls out of the dough by hand or a spoon. Your kids will love it. Suitable for picnics or a quick snack.
Cooknote: If you are alergic to peanuts, you may add peaches or other dried fruits. The honey is the ingredient that sticks the mixture together.
NO BAKE OATMEAL BANANA BITES
HEALTHY OATMEAL
Ingredients: 1/2 banana, 1 teaspoon chia seeds, 1/2 cup oats, a few dashes of cinnamon, 1 cup of milk (coconut, almond or soya milk).
Preparation: Put the stove on slow or medium heat. Pour the milk into the heated pot. Add in the chia seeds and allow them to soak in the milk. Then, add in the milk and stir the pot. Next, add in the banana and cook it together with the milk and chia seeds. Lastly, add in the cinnomon. After cooking for 5 to 10 minutes, take it out and add fresh fruits on top.
Cooknote: If you prefer other types of fruits (such as peaches or strawberries), feel free to be creative.
