ANZAC BISCUITS
AUSTRALIAN ICONIC COOKIE
Ingredients: A bowl of butter, A bowl of flour, Syrup, Sugar, Coconut, Raw Oats, Boiling water with soda,
Preparation: Easy to make and truly Australian. First, put the butter in a bowl and then, flour. Then, add in the syrup, sugar, coconut and raw oats. Also, add in some boiling water and soda. Just mix the ingredients together in a bowl. Then, scope out balls of the mixture and put them on the baking sheet. Then, pop them into oven. Once, it's baked, it can be served with cold milk.
Cooknote: Anzac Biscuits can be served with coffee or tea and some fresh fruits.
NO BAKE OATMEAL COOKIE
Ingredients: 3 cups of cooking oats, 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract, crunchy peanut butter, shredded coconut, 3 spoons of cocoa, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup of butter.
Preparation: Tasty moist cookie without baking. First, lay down the wax paper. Then, in a large bowl of cooking oats, add in vanilla extract, peanut butter and shredded coconut. Then, sitr the mixture evenly. Next, in a heated medium sauce pan, add cocoa, sugar, half a cup of milk and half a cup of butter. Stir the mixture gradually. Boil between 90 - 120 seconds. Remove the mixture and pour onto the oatmeal mix. Stir the dough together well to combine. Use a tablespoon and drop the portion of dough on the wax paper. Let it cool before serving.
